This Programmer uses windows update to get drivers on Windows 32 Bit OS eg Xp & Windows Vista but you can upgrade to the Pro Compact version that supports 64 Bit OS's from Microsoft.

It is a fully compatible PC/SC Simcard Programmer and can also be used for a lot of other applications.
